The most common vertical farming products

No one can have missed the stately and tasty pea shoots (Pisum sativum): with or without the tendrils, fast-growing, low-fiber and tasty. Or, the tasty and sweet sunflower shoots (Heliantus anea us), alpha sprouts (Medicago sativa) or the mung beans (Vigna radiata) as absolutely fantastic sprout products. Why not mix the alpha sprouts with, for example, onions (Allium ssp.) Or with radishes (Raphanus ssp.).

Herbs and spices
