Primarily produced from green lentils.
Neutral to well tasting flavor.

Can be produced from a range of different pea varieties or from FAQ peas (lower price).
When produced from IP (Identity preserved varieties), de flavor and color can be modified according to your desires.
The bean flour
Can be produced from a range of different bean types and varieties or from FAQ (benefit: lower price).
When produced from IP (Identity preserved varieties), de flavor and color can be modified according to your desires.
Fiber from husks
Also, all food grade. Comes from the outer part of the milled grain.

- Good to high water holding capacity
- Flavor and color can be altered as dependent on raw material (species) used.
- Color can be modified according to raw material milled. The size of the flakes can be adjusted to desires

The color is depending on the type milled.
Definitely a pea flavor and fragrance. Tough structure. For high water absorption: use fine graded pea husk.

Flavor and fragrance is beanlike.
