Nematodes are small mask-like and almost translucent organisms that live from the nutrition they can get as they drill into the roots of the host plant.
In order to move, they are dependent on moist soil, but they can only move short distances.
The cysts are stationary.

A faithful companion to sugar beet.
Slow bites with many side nuts.
There are 2 different betcystarts:
White Betcystnematod: Heterodera schachtii respectively
Yellow Betcystnematod: Heterodera betae.
The white betcystmate is completely dominant
Nematodes are spread through passive spreading machines, soil, beans transported.
Common varieties of mustard and oil dishes can increase greatly. Class 1 varieties significantly decrease, in laboratories around 90%.
Sugar beet implements betcyst nematodes, approximately 3-4 times per cultivation season.
